Winter Week 2

Last week we were able to complete our big final VFX social media post (for now). This shot was a great example of some of the stuff we will have to work on together for our actual shots in the film. We where able to test out our existing pipeline and see areas where we need to put more work in. My area I found I needed to improve specifically for this shot was changing my workflow from starting at frame 1, to frame 1001. This is quite simple for aces conversion and comp, but I am having problems adjusting the syntheyes export. Ultimately we were able to find a quick solution, but a simpler solution would be better.

This weekend is the big one!
